ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) adopted Ordinance 84-79 rezoning .4 acre <br />on the east side of Old Dixie north of 4th St. <br />to C-2 as requested by Richard Zorc. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-79 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the NE corner of the SE4 of the NWh of <br />Section 13, Township 33S, Range 39E, run South along <br />the East line of aforesaid SE4 of the NA, 120.0' to. <br />the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning, <br />continue South on said East line 165.01; thence with <br />a deflection angle to the right of 89°55140", run <br />70.5' to the East right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway; <br />thence run Northwesterly along said right-of-way <br />178.33'; thence run Easterly, 138.4' to the Point of <br />Beginning.
