DEC <br />51984 .. <br />AA� <br />BOOK 59 PACE ' <br />would be appropriate to enter into an agreement that they would <br />continue making a minimum $2,000 a week payment, and in the event <br />they failed to, the corporation would acknowledge that the County <br />would have the right to withhold any more Certificates of <br />Occupancy for any more mobile homes going into their project. <br />They have agreed to this. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, to approve the agreement <br />with Florida Atlantic Associates as described <br />above. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked if they are paying interest on <br />what they owe us, and Attorney Brandenburg noted that they don't <br />owe us in the sense of an obligation. These monies are used for <br />their benefit and it is an escrow account. Even if they had the <br />monies in our escrow account, they would be entitled to the <br />interest on it. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously (4-0). <br />42 <br />
