We <br />suggest that such a neighborhood commercial area would serve to <br />reduce, rather than generate, unnecessary traffic on the total geo- <br />graphic area of the barrier island, i.e. from "zone t -o zone." <br />Sincerely, <br />6. <br />Arthur A. Perruzzi <br />President <br />Mrs. Offutt stated that the Board of Realtors would suggest <br />the Commission go back to their original thinking when they <br />created the original node. <br />Chairman Scurlock believed the original thinking was the <br />acreage to the east, and Mr. Keating confirmed that is how it is <br />set out in the Minutes, but on the Plan, the node is not <br />delineated in any particular direction. <br />56 <br />
