No natural <br /> wetlands or any other environmentally sensitive habitat exists on the property. According to Flood <br /> Insurance Rating Maps, the subject property lies within the AE (an area inundated by 100-year <br /> flooding in which the based elevation is determined) and X 500 (an area inundated by 500-year <br /> flooding) flood hazard areas. <br /> Utilities and Services <br /> The subject property lies within the Urban Service Area of the County. Wastewater service is <br /> available to these sites from the North County Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant,while potable <br /> water service is available from the North County Reverse Osmosis Plant. <br /> Transportation System <br /> The subject_property is part of a larger development site which has access to C.R. 510, a roadway <br /> classified as an Urban Minor Arterial on the County's Thoroughfare Plan Map, and U.S. #1, an <br /> Urban Principal Arterial roadway.
