Coleman, Senior Civil Engineer <br />and Kermit L. Prime, Jr., Managing Engineer (Reference #1). <br />These agreements authorize Boyle Engineering Corporation <br />to prepare a master plan for development of a water distribution <br />system to serve the south county mainland area which extends <br />from the ity limits of Vero Beach south to the Indian River <br />County line; the State Road 60 corridor which extends from <br />the ity limits of Vero Beach to a line approximately two <br />miles west of Interstate 95; and the north county area which <br />52 <br />® r <br />
