Commissioner Wodtke asked if many of these ERUs were <br />reserved by the same people as with the water system, and <br />Director Pinto explained that the water system was 3000 units <br />and the wastewater has grown to over 4000 units, most of which <br />are all the same people. <br />Chairman Scurlock noted that some people coming in for <br />sewer are now requesting to have water also and are willing to <br />pay the higher impact fees due to the fact that they had not <br />participated in the original assessment roll for the water project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously added <br />the four properties noted above to the assessment <br />roll for the SR -60 wastewater project. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 84-107, approving certain sewage collection <br />and treatment improvements for the SR -60 wastewater <br />project; equalizing certain special assessments for <br />impact fees and levying the same as special <br />assessments against benefited property; directing the <br />Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners to record <br />special assessments in the improvement lien book; <br />establishing priority of lien and payment of principal <br />and interest on such special assessments; and <br />providing an effective date. <br />DEC 19 1994 Boor 5 9 Fa.U'F 246 <br />
