Major Roy Raymond, Indian River County Sheriff's Department. <br />2. Sonny Dean, Indian River County Director of General Services. <br />3. John S. Amos, 11 Seahorse Lane, Director of the Indian River Famrs <br />Water Management District. <br />4. Russell Peterson, Attorney at Law. <br />5. Alexander M.
