He advised that upon completion of the <br />first phase of the 52 villas, he would begin construction of the <br />first phase of the hotel and continue on with the second phase of <br />the condominium project. At the.present time Rucks & Associates <br />are under contract for construction of the four units of Villa <br />"A" which were pictured in the slides shown by staff. <br />Mr. Nutt explained that preliminary development costs for <br />the hotel and condominium project are approximately $87,00, which <br />includes architectural, engineering and planning costs. He noted <br />that he himself is considered one of the best builders in this <br />County and his homes start at $330,000.
