Am 23 1985 <br />BOOK t59 Ft�r,E 667, <br />Commissioner Scurlock understood then that the applicant is <br />saying that the first phase will be completed in 18 months. <br />Commissioner Bird asked about the hotel as he was concerned <br />about available hotel space in the County. <br />Mr. Nutt stated that he would commit to the.first phase of <br />the hotel being completed in five years, but added that the first <br />phase has not been identified as yet. He stated that the present <br />construction of villa "A" would be completed in six months and <br />prior to the six months they would start the entire first phase <br />of the villas, which is shown on the bottom section of the site <br />plan. He stated that villa "A" is to be a sales center when <br />completed and a c.o. is obtained. <br />Director Keating asked Mr. Nutt if he realized that the <br />hotel villas are located in the commercial area and cannot be <br />sold as residential, and Mr. Nutt confirmed that he was aware of <br />that and that they would have to abide by the zoning regulations. <br />Attorney Brandenburg again recommended that the Board <br />postpone this hearing for two weeks. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously postponed <br />the Public Hearing for two weeks, with the <br />understanding that staff will not present further <br />evidence as to whether sufficient activities have taken <br />place, and that this will give the applicant the <br />opportunity to review the site plan in respect to the <br />impact of recent ordinances and consider making <br />modifications; and that the applicant will be allowed <br />to submit additional evidence at the continued hearing. <br />Director Keating stated that staff would be willing to work <br />with the developer on this matter. <br />45 <br />
