LYQNS, CHAIRMAN <br />yJan.14.1985,0`:� y v 1�, �, ru _ ;_. � ti ;;•:: <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that the purpose of this <br />ordinance is to extend the time for the payment of impact fees <br />from 3 to 5 years in those cases where individuals who already <br />have houses built are being required to tie into the system. <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked if this would negatively impact <br />our cash flow, and Administrator Wright felt it would not. <br />Chairman Lyons opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
