ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by
Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed
the Public Hearing.
MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED
by Commissioner Wodtke, that the Board adopt
Ordinance 85-09, extending the period of time
for payment of impact fees from 3 years to 5 years
upon showing a hardship.
Commissioner Bird understood then that it would be extending
the payment of impact fees from 3 t 5 years at an interest rate
to be determined by the Board.
Chairman Lyons asked if showing a hardship would be just
someone coming in and saying that he couldn't make the payments,
but Commissioner Scurlock felt that it would be cases where
people would have difficulty in obtaining a loan through a
financial institution.
THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion
was voted on and carried unanimously.
28
FEB 6 1985 BOOP( r. .777
 J
