LISLE, SR. <br />SUBJECT:- SUBJECT PROPERTY: LOTS 8, <br />9, 10, 11, 28, 29, 30 AND <br />Robert M. Keating, CP 31, BLOCK D, UNIT #1, PINE <br />Planning & Development Director LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br />FROM: Betty Davis REFERENCES: R/E Lisle <br />Code Enforcement Officer DIS:REBDAD <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of March 13, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND .CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by John D. Lisle, Sr., owner of <br />the subject property, for release of the rear lot 10 foot <br />easement of lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 28, 29, 30 and 31, Block D, Unit <br />#1, Pine Lake Estates, being the westerly 10 feet of Lots 8, 9, <br />10 and 11, Block D, Pine Lake Estates, Unit #1, and the <br />easterly 10 feet of Lots 28, 29, 30 and 31, Block D, Unit 1, <br />Pine Lake Estates. He is also requesting the release of the <br />side lot 10' easement of Lots 11 and 28, Block D, Pine Lake <br />Estates Subdivision, Unit #1, being the southerly 10' thereof. <br />These lots are 70 feet in width and 125 feet in depth. It is <br />Mr. Lisle's intention to consolidate the lots into one large <br />building site meeting the criteria of the R-lE zoning district <br />and construct a single-family residence on the site. <br />The current zoning classification is R-lE, Country Estate <br />District. The land use designation is LD -1, Low Density <br />Residential, up to 3 units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light Company, Jones Intercable, and the Utility and <br />Right-of-way Departments. Based upon their review,.there were <br />no objections to release of the easements.
