County Assistance <br />Nov. 1983 - Nov. 1984 <br />In compliance with your letter of February 12, 1985, please find <br />enclosed a Certificate of Insurance, reflecting Indian River Counties <br />name as interested party. <br />Also enclosed is the Manor 12 month balance sheet for the period Nov. <br />83 thru Nov. 84. Following your suggestion in April 1983, we have <br />separated donations for food as a separate line item. Evidence of <br />bills paid to caterer is also furnished from our accountant. <br />We have also promoted activities to generate at least 25 people eating <br />as you suggested again in April 1983, and we have maintained a average <br />figure of around 33 people. <br />Our Internal Revenue Service 990 form is also attached. <br />You can see by.the records submitted that the Food program cost of <br />$ '15,279.56 less the income of $ 11,364.25 left the Manor with a loss <br />$ 3,915.31 an that specific program. The residents are still receiving <br />a hot meal for $ 1.25. The Manor pay's the caterer $ 2.00, plus other <br />sundry expences we have with the program. If a resident shows evidence <br />they cannot pay for the meal, they can receive it at no cost. <br />I;e request the commission again return $,A9. of our $ 1000. lease rent <br />i for 11/83 thru 11/84. / <br />Respectfully, <br />RAM <br />an L.
