Frank Zorc, President of St. Francis Manor, presented their <br />appeal for renewal of the $1000 annual lease arrangement and <br />submitted their 1985 Corporation Annual Report verification. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, that the Board renew the <br />$1000 lease arrangement with St. Francis Manor <br />and authorize the contribution of $999 to the meal <br />program. <br />Under discussion, OMB Director Jeff Barton recalled that <br />last year Mr. Zorc was requested to come back at budget time to <br />make his proposal so monies could be appropriated at that time. <br />Mr. Zorc did not do that and,that is why we are here now. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
