APR 101995 <br />BOOK 60 PYCE 5:3O <br />owner and holder thereof at any time, not more than 90 days after <br />surrender of such Bond to the Bond Registrar, for an equal aggre- <br />gate principal amount of fully -registered Bonds maturing in the <br />years and amounts corresponding to the years and amounts of the <br />unpaid installments of principal of the single fully -registered <br />Bond, and in the form prescribed for coupon Bonds in Section 2.08 <br />of this Instrument, with such alterations as are necessary to <br />convert such coupon Bond to a fully -registered Bond with provi- <br />sions for assignment." <br />B. Authorization for the issuance of coupon Bonds in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Resolution, is hereby can- <br />celled and rescinded. <br />SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY OF INVALID PROVISIONS. If any <br />one or more of the provisions herein contained shall be held <br />contrary to any express provision of law or contrary to the <br />policy of express law, though not expressly prohibited, or <br />against public policy, or shall for any reason whatsoever be held <br />invalid, then such provisions shall be null and void and shall be <br />deemed separable from the remaining provisions and shall in no <br />way affect the validity of any of the other provisions hereof. <br />SECTION 5. REPEALING CLAUSE. All resolutions or parts <br />thereof of the Board in conflict with the provisions herein con- <br />tained are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby superseded and <br />repealed. <br />-4- <br />99 <br />
