SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall take <br />effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />Scurlock <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bowman Eand, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye - <br />Vice Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner William C. L'OChairman <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING GAIN TIME FOR COUNTY PRISONERS <br />Administrator Wright recommended a change in the second <br />and third whereas clause, that "General Services Director" <br />be changed to "County Administrator." <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 85-41a with the change as <br />recommended by Administrator Wright, amending <br />Resolution 83-48, providing for a statutory good <br />conduct gain time, work gain time, constructive <br />gain time, extra gain time, and special gain time. <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that this will apply <br />only to new prisoners and will not be applied retroactively. <br />100 <br />APR 101985 <br />BOOK 60 PAGE 5:31 <br />
