APR 10 1985 <br />BOOK 60 PAGE 500 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, that the Board <br />authorize the street lighting at 43rd Avenue <br />and 13th Place to continue with the understanding <br />that it be funded by a source other than County <br />funds; and that the Property Owners Association <br />arrange with the Office of Management and <br />Budget to prepay one year's cost, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />Under discussion, Director Davis explained that the <br />City removed the light because it was just outside its <br />limits, and Administrator Wright advised that the City does <br />not have a tariff to put a light up in a subdivision, but <br />they will install a backyard security light. He advised <br />that the homeowners' association has been paying for this <br />Tight and have agreed to continue paying for it; it is their <br />idea. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
