In <br />addition, he asked if we could get some experts to determine <br />whether the wall should be 4, 6 or 8 feet high, what it <br />would cost, and whether it is necessary to run it the entire <br />length of the project or just in certain critical areas. <br />Director Davis preferred that the Board authorize him <br />to work with the engineers instead of putting the burden <br />soley on the engineering firm as he felt he could accomplish <br />what the Board wants at a minimum cost. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurrock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the alignment and right-of-way maps for the <br />southerly extension of Indian River Boulevard <br />to 4th Street and authorized the Public Works <br />Director to work with the engineers to mitigate <br />any potential noise or other adverse effects from <br />the extension of Indian River Boulevard. <br />RSH CONSTRUCTORS INC.
