APR 111985 BOOK 6 0 ra,cF554 <br />Administrator Wright believed the Board basically has said <br />do everything possible to reduce the jail population without <br />building a building., and if that doesn't work, then come back <br />with a plan. <br />Commissioner Scurlock stated that he would plug all this <br />into the Financial Advisory Committee, and Chairman Lyons <br />expressed his willingness to continue working with staff on <br />matters pertaining to the jail. <br />Some discussion ensued as to the Clerk's problems and her <br />need for -additional space, and Clerk Wright confirmed that her <br />needs are growing not only in felony, but in the civil division <br />also. <br />The Chairman stated that he would be glad to meet with the <br />Clerk to see what can be done to address her needs.
