BOOK C'0 F'AGE Q91 <br />municipal funds and will maintain for the term of this loan a <br />special fund known as The Indian River County, Florida, Combined <br />Water and Sewer Revenue Fund. These funds are to be kept separate <br />from all other funds of the County and used only as stipulated in <br />the bond resolutions as approved by Farmers Home Administration. <br />6. Indian River County has employed sufficient plant <br />operators, who are qualified to meet the minimum educational and <br />technical standards for operators of municipal water and sewer <br />systems under the laws of the State of Florida, and such operators <br />supervise and control the operation of the Indian River County <br />combined water and sewer system. <br />7. Indian River County has not expended Farmers Home <br />Administration project loan funds in excess of the value of the <br />additions to the combined Indian River County water and sewer <br />systems as a result of this project. <br />8. Based upon the estimates received and on file with the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, by our <br />consulting engineers, Indian River County has sufficient project <br />funds in reserve to complete the project. The County will utilize <br />such earmarked funds to the extent necessary to complete the <br />project as approved by Farmers Home Administration. <br />9. Indian River County, pursuant to the laws of the State of <br />Florida, is required to hire a qualified auditor to audit the <br />books, records and accounts of all County funds each year.
