Although some comparable lots in the area have sold at <br />higher prices, this lot was created by taking a curve out of the <br />road which left one of the houses facing the side and back of <br />this new lot. <br />RECOMMENDATION: It is the consensus of staff that this lot <br />be sold to the highest bidder, who is James M. Morris, in the <br />amount of $8,000, and therefore put.back on the tax rolls. <br />Funds from sale of property to be placed in the Park <br />Acquisition and Development Account. <br />Commissioner Scurlock asked where the proceeds from this <br />sale would go, and Administrator Wright advised they would go to <br />the Park Acquisition and Development account. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the sale of the lot described above to the <br />highest bidder, James M.
