The people at <br />the retirement center have been maintaining it, and the County <br />has not had any involvement with it for several years. He <br />believed this property could be conveyed either in a long term <br />lease or by an outright deed. <br />Attorney Wilson concurred. He explained that disposing of <br />it by long term lease may be feasible, or the County could just <br />give up its interest. He noted that actually the County does not <br />own this property, but holds it as a trustee, and the people in <br />the subdivision may have some claim to it.
