Goetzfried REFERENCES: <br />�M) Chief, Current Development Section <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given formai <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular business meeting of May 8, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />In January of 1985, the Board of County Commissioners gave <br />consideration to the validity of the approved Sea Oaks Hotel site - <br />plan. After lengthy discussion and two public hearings, the <br />Board unanimously agreed not to take any action that would <br />terminate the site plan, provided that a revised site plan <br />application was submitted by April 20, 1985, that reflected the <br />following items: <br />1(a) The dedication of 20' of property lying west of and <br />parallel to State Road A -1-A, to Indian River County, for future <br />right-of-way needs, <br />(b) The revised site plan, which was submitted on April 19, <br />1985, depicts the 20' of property lying immediately west of SR <br />A -1-A as additional right-of-way to be dedicated by the devel- <br />oper. The Planning staff anticipates that dedication of the <br />property will be complete by August 20, 1985. <br />2(a) A detailed off-street parking plan in conformance with <br />Section 24, Appendix A of the County Code. <br />(b) The amended site plan provides sufficient information <br />which will allow staff to evaluate the proposed off-street <br />parking plan. <br />40 <br />
