3(a) Tree removal and land clearing permit applications and <br />all support data as required by Chapter 23 1/2 of the County <br />Code. <br />(b) The new submittal includes a tree survey and the appro- <br />priate applications, thus permitting the Environmental Planner to <br />issue a tree removal and land clearing permit. <br />4(a) A Type "A" Stormwater Management permit application in <br />conformance with Chapter 21 1/2 of the Code. <br />(b) The updated submittal included a Stormwater Management <br />Permit application which is presently being reviewed by the <br />Department of Public Works. <br />5(a) The construction of left turn and deceleration lanes, <br />the submittal of a traffic impact statement and a $3,240 contri- <br />bution towards the signalization and widening of the SR A-1-A/CR <br />510 intersection. <br />(b) The revised site plan depicts the required off-site <br />improvements in conformance with Department of Transportation <br />standards. Also, the application included a traffic impact <br />statement and a check for $3,240 to be used towards the aforemen- <br />tioned intersection improvements. <br />6(a) A proposed construction schedule that indicates the <br />4 developer's intention to demonstrate a good faith effort to <br />complete the project <br />(b) Mr. Nutt has submitted a proposed construction schedule <br />(attachment #3) that states the entire project will be completed <br />by September 1, 1987. <br />CONCLUSION <br />MAY <br />The revised site plan, which was submitted on April 19, 1985, <br />complies with the order issued by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners to submit an updated plan by April 20, 1985. The plan <br />contains adequate information to determine if the project is in <br />conformance with the applicable ordinances. <br />Pursuant to the Board's action, the Planning staff will update <br />the Commission with regard to the progress of construction, at <br />their regular business meeting of August 21, 1985. <br />Mrs. Goetzfried confirmed that we have received the <br />contribution towards the signalization on AIA. <br />Commissioner Scurlock wished to have additional information <br />regarding utility taps since representations were made at the <br />initial hearing that, in fact, "substantial monies" had been <br />spent and taps for the entire project were reserved.
