MAY 15 1995 <br />BOOK 6 MSE 902 <br />Commissioner Bird stated that we have adopted a fee schedule for <br />anyone who wants to use the facility; we actually haven't had <br />many requests. Basically, all we are doing now is having the <br />Parks Department mow the grass. <br />Administrator Wright noted that this is really a subsidiary <br />of the Parks Department. <br />Commissioner Scurlock commented that he did not want any <br />conflict about how we spread our money .out. <br />Chairman Lyons agreed that the Recreation and Parks Depart- <br />ment needs to know what their obligations are, and he suggested <br />that Commissioner Bird address some possible budget for next <br />year. <br />Director Pinto confirmed that he will supply costs for any <br />utiiity system. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed a <br />budget should be set up for the Fairgrounds for <br />the coming year and instructed the Utility Depart- <br />ment to bring back information re design and cost <br />of some type of wastewater disposal system. <br />EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT W/SCHOOL BOARD - SHERIFF'S OFFICES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />approved an Extension of Lease Agreement with <br />the School Board for the Sheriff's Administra- <br />tive offices for one year. <br />61 <br />
