4 <br />t <br />EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, THE SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY entered into a LEASE <br />AGREEMENT on the 5th day of May, 1982, for a term of three <br />years, commencing on the 1st day of June, 1982, and terminating on <br />May 31, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties now desire to extend the term of <br />said LEASE AGREEMENT for an additional one-year period: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, a corporate body existing under the laws of the <br />State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord" and <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, hereinafter called the "Tenant," in consideration of the <br />mutual promises and agreements set forth below hereby agree, <br />pursuant to Paragraph 2 of the May 5, 1982, LEASE AGREEMENT, to <br />extend the term of the LEASE AGREEMENT for an additional one-year <br />period, commencing on May 31, 1985, and terminating on May 31, <br />1986, for the total additional rental of $17,499.46, payable <br />monthly in advance on the first day of each month during the term <br />of this LEASE EXTENSION at the rate of $1,458.33 per month, plus <br />sales tax if applicable. <br />All of the remaining terms and conditions of the May 5, <br />1982, LEASE AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect for <br />the term of this LEASE EXTENSION. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we the Landlord and Tenant have <br />hereunto <br />affixed our <br />hands and <br />seals <br />at Vero Beach, Indian River <br />County, <br />Florida, on <br />the dates <br />set <br />forth next to the respective <br />signatures. <br />Dated: May 14, 1985 <br />Wi e s s <br />Witness <br />Dated: May 15, 1985 <br />tless <br />Witiffess <br />THE SCHOOL BOARD OF INDIAN <br />RIVE COIINTY, FL RIDA <br />By <br />�, <br />Chairman <br />Attest° <br />ad_4�_-2= — <br />Superintendent <br />BOARD OFF NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDI ER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Attest <br />Ap}rrnve aS <br />and le <br />grtyvill�n bur PnGE tjL# <br />
