Supervise the implementation of the waste management practices that <br />are subsequently recommended to and approved by the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Division of Utility Services to <br />obtain the services of a professional engineer <br />to supervise construction of the DER mandatory <br />compliance items; to perform a feasibility study <br />as described above; and to supervise implementa- <br />tion of the waste management practices which are <br />recommended. <br />H.
