Commissioner Bird asked if we had the power to do anything <br />about perjury, and Attorney Brandenburg stated that the crime <br />would be lying under oath and giving false testimony, and this <br />could be referred to the State Attorney's office. <br />Commissioner Scurlock inquired if this impacts us re our <br />ability to go back and change any decision if we relied on that <br />testimony. <br />Attorney Brandenburg did not believe it would have any <br />impact on the Board's ability to change their decision. <br />Commissioner Wodtke doubted the additional time involved <br />would be worth it for the infrequent times we might want to swear <br />someone in, and Commissioner Bird also did not see the necessity. <br />He did not believe the Governor and Cabinet do this. <br />Chairman Lyons commented that he had just wanted to bring it <br />up, and he will pass. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 85-46 amending the Zoning Code, "Decision- <br />making." <br />47 <br />MAY 15 1985 BOOK gcF9� <br />
