JUN <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CO*USSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improve- <br />ments to 19th Avenue Southwest between 13th and 14th Streets Southwest, <br />heretofore designated as Public Works Project No.8402, is hereby approved <br />subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of <br />Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock Who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Patrick B. Lyons Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Ccmnissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Canmi.ssicner William C. Wodtke, Jr. Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this 5th day of June , 1985. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing on the petition <br />paving program for Apple Way south of 12th Street and asked if <br />anyone present wished to be heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed <br />the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked what portion of the cost of this <br />paving the County is paying, and Public Works Director Davis <br />stated that that county is not funding any of the cost of this <br />particular project.
