Commissioner Bird stressed that he would like to work with <br />them to be sure the easements don't interfere with any of our <br />future plans for the area, and Administrator Wright assured him <br />that staff will coordinate with them on this. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Letter Agreement with Florida Power <br />and Light Company and Southern Bell Utilities <br />as recommended by the County Attorney and authorized <br />the signature of the Chairman. <br />LETTER AGREEMENT <br />HOBART PARR WITH RESPECT <br />TO LOCATION OF ANTENNA <br />This letter is written for the benefit of Florida <br />Power and Light Company and Southern Bell Utilities for the <br />purpose of inducing said companies to come upon certain INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY lands for the purpose of the installation of power <br />poles, cables and anchors to service an antenna to be built on <br />County property. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY hereby agrees to grant to <br />said UTILITIES easements for the purposes of the installation, <br />construction and maintenance of power poles, cables and anchors to <br />be placed within ten feet of either side of the location of said <br />power poles, cables and anchors, as such may be determined from <br />further investigations to occur on the site.
