r__ <br />JUN 19 1985 <br />BOOK S F'a.,,r.96 <br />ORDINA14CE NO. 85-56 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. YO , HAIRMAN <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR ANTENNA SITE - HOBART PARK <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that Florida Power & Light <br />and Southern Bell Utilities need permission to enter Hobart Park <br />to do a survey to determine the easements necessary for the power <br />poles, cables, etc., for the antenna to be built at this loca- <br />tion. We also need to sign a Letter Agreement indicating that we <br />intend to grant the necessary easements, the exact location of <br />which will not be known until the survey can be done. <br />18 <br />
