r__ <br />JUN 19 1985 <br />BOOK S F'a.,,r.96 <br />ORDINA14CE NO. 85-56 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying <br />Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to wit: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 1.7, 18 and 19 of.Block B, as shown <br />on the plat entitled GRANADA GARDENS, UNIT #1, <br />according to the Plat thereof filed in the office <br />j_ of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River <br />.County, Florida, in. -Plat Book 3, Page 91. <br />Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to C-2, <br />Heavy Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 19th day of June <br />.1985. <br />BOARD OF UNTY.COMMISSIONERS <br />OF IN AN IVER;'COUNTY <br />BY. <br />P TR K B. YO , HAIRMAN <br />UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR ANTENNA SITE - HOBART PARK <br />Attorney Brandenburg explained that Florida Power & Light <br />and Southern Bell Utilities need permission to enter Hobart Park <br />to do a survey to determine the easements necessary for the power <br />poles, cables, etc., for the antenna to be built at this loca- <br />tion. We also need to sign a Letter Agreement indicating that we <br />intend to grant the necessary easements, the exact location of <br />which will not be known until the survey can be done. <br />18 <br />
