UTILITIES <br />County water is available for the subject property. County <br />wastewater facilities are not available. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above analysis, including the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's recommendation, staff recommends approval. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />There were none. <br />Commissioner Bowman noted that a letter of objection has <br />been received from Mr. and Mrs .
