It has been especially active through subcommittee groups in collecting information regarding pertinent cost data, and various component elements that we felt should be considered. After preliminary research and investigation, it was our opinion that such a project would be feasible for Indian River County, and whereupon we recommended a formal feasibility study to be conducted by the National Golf Foundation, who is considered to be extremely knowledgeable and objective in this area. 40
