APPROVAL OF CONDEMNATION OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES <br />Building Director Ester Rymer came before the Board to <br />discuss the condemnation of hazardous structures as set out <br />in the following memo: <br />TO: Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />FROM: Ester L. Rymer <br />Building Director <br />DATE: June 11, 1985 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Hazardous Structures <br />REFERENCES: <br />Please find attached correspondence relative to the above subject <br />matter. - <br />I have followed condemnation proceedings pursuant to Chapter 4, Code <br />of Ordinances, Indian River County for the repair or demolition of <br />these unsafe structures. <br />The owners have refused to comply with notices to abate nuisances by <br />repair or demolition; therefore, I am requesting the Board to proceed <br />with condemnation as set forth in Section 4-21, Code of Ordinances, <br />Indian River County. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Ester L.
