BOOK — Pr„E 24 <br />Commissioner Bird wished to know what the next step would <br />be, and Attorney Brandenburg explained that the Building Director <br />will post the building and then will move ahead with action to <br />proceed with demolition. These individuals all have been <br />notified as required. <br />Commissioner Bird believed our notification procedures are <br />extensive and that they have been followed out. <br />Attorney Brandenburg understood there is a special <br />circumstance with one of these cases because of arson, and <br />Building Director Rymer informed the Board that the arson case <br />involves the structure owned by Rober Lee 8 Mary Belle Green, <br />Lows Park SID, Unit 1, Lot 29, and she would like to postpone <br />this. There has been a court order on the building, and she is <br />waiting for the owner to bring her a construction schedule. <br />Commissioner Bird inquired how long a period of time the <br />Building Director felt would be involved, and Director Rymer <br />believed the information should be available in the next thirty <br />days. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously agreed <br />to postpone action on the structure owned by <br />Rober Lee 8 Mary Belle Green for 30 days. <br />Building Director Rymer next brought up the case of John <br />Lincoln, which she reported involved a structure in the Wabasso <br />area which she has been working on since 1983. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard in <br />regard to any of the structures under discussion today.
