authorized the Building Department to give 30 <br />days notice to John Lincoln and then proceed with <br />demolition of the structure at 8665 63rd Ave. <br />Director Rymer informed the Board that Mr. Ausby has <br />obtained a demolition permit, but she would like the Board to <br />take action on this structure anyway in case he does not move <br />forward with the demolition. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Building Department to give 30 <br />days notice to Claude Ausby, Jr., and then pro- <br />ceed with demolition of the structure at <br />3556 43rd Street. <br />Director Rymer next discussed the structure owned by Arkell <br />and Odessa Clark, 4795 33rd Avenue and stated that she would like <br />to further describe that for the record because there is some <br />controversy over this location - it is Lot 19, Blk. 3, Smith <br />Plaza Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Building Department to give 30 <br />days notice to Arkell and Odessa Clark and then <br />proceed with demolition of the structure at <br />Lot 19, Blk. 3, Smith Plaza S/D. <br />Commissioner Wodtke noted that the address where the notice <br />was sent to Odessa Clark was different. Mrs. Rymer confirmed <br />that it was and explained this was because the notice was sent to <br />the previous owners, Early and Dora Frazier.
