r-JUL 17 195 <br />BOOK 61 PAGUE 547 <br />e. Electrical - Existing lighting and electrical outlets are <br />adequate for the intended use. A new main breaker and <br />separate meter will be required to provide electrical service <br />to the building. There are two existing electrical panels, <br />however, one serves primarily the former kitchen area and <br />would not be required for the main meeting room. Additional <br />electricity would be required in the rest rooms and to <br />provide for the water pump operation. Entire electrical <br />system must be upgraded to reflect National Electrical Code <br />requirements. <br />f. Heat - No heat is available presently, and is not <br />required by code. <br />The items above reflect requirements for use of.the building on an <br />infrequent or intermittent basis and only as a public assembly <br />building. These requirements would not cover use on a daily basis or <br />for purposes other than meetings (i.e. food preparation). More <br />stringent guidelines exist for additional uses. <br />Listed below are the projected costs for each of the -items outlined <br />above: <br />I. Site Work <br />a) <br />Parking - <br />$1800 <br />b) <br />Landscaping <br />- $1500 <br />c) <br />Signage - <br />$ 100 <br />d) <br />Fencing - <br />$ 250 <br />e) <br />Site Plan - <br />$ 125 <br />TOTAL $3775 <br />II. Building Alterations <br />a) Water Source - $1450 <br />b) <br />Sewage - <br />$3000 <br />c) <br />Restroom - <br />$1500 <br />d) <br />Repairs - <br />$ 250 <br />(Plumbing) <br />_ <br />e) <br />Electrical - <br />$1500 <br />f) <br />Heat - <br />N/A <br />TOTAL $7600 <br />I feel I should stress the possibility of unforseen conditions or <br />additional requirements that may become necessary upon site plan <br />approval or Building Department inspections. I have not included <br />costs for surveying or layout of the area as it was unclear if this <br />was necessary. My projections are based on the best information <br />available and do not include cosmetic repairs or maintenance repairs <br />such as windows, doors, or paint. <br />56 <br />
