rr,JUL 24 1985 <br />BOOK 61 FAGS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Resolution 85-79 approving Release of <br />the side lot 5' easement of Lots 6 & 7, Block 3, <br />Roseland Gardens Subdivision, to Jim Harris, and <br />authorized the signature of the Vice Chairman. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-79 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the side <br />lot 5 foot easement of Lots 6 & 7, Block 3, Roseland Gardens <br />Subdivision, as described in Record Book 0701, Page 2348 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the <br />Roseland Gardens Subdivision for public utility purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements have <br />been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />lot line easements in Roseland Gardens Subdivision, Unit #1 shall <br />be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot 5 foot easement of Lots 6 & 7, Block 3, <br />Roseland Gardens Subdivision, being the southeasterly 5 <br />feet of Lot 6, Block 3, Roseland Gardens Subdivision <br />and the northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 7, Block 3, <br />Roseland Gardens Subdivision, as described in Record <br />Book 0701, Page 2348 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and <br />they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 24th day of <br />14 <br />July , 1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />BY: Z <br />C_ <br />Don C."
