There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />granted conceptual special exception approval to <br />Fellsmere Joint Venture for a vegetable packing house. <br />EXECUTION OF SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT - WATER TAPS FOR HOLIDAY <br />VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK (McGAVIN) <br />County Attorney Charles Vitunac explained that the County <br />presently is the holder of a $132,000 note secured by a mortgage <br />for SR -60 water taps for Holiday Village, a mobile home park on <br />27th Avenue. He reported that Adam McGavin, one of the owners, <br />had phoned him from New York this morning to advise that he <br />presently has two or three mortgages on the property in addition <br />to the County's mortgage, and he is trying to get a new first <br />mortgage from Cal -Fed of Ft. Lauderdale to pay off the mortgages <br />other than the County's mortgage. To do that he must drop the <br />County's mortgage to a secondary position and needs a <br />subordination agreement.
