AUG 14 1985 BOOK 61 P,, GUE 76 <br />If the Honorable Board of County Commissioners deems that an installment <br />plan is appropriate, then the Utility Department would like to propose the <br />following terms: <br />The impact fee of $1,140.00 be paid over a sixty (60) month <br />installment period at an interest rate of 10-1/2%. The monthly <br />payment will be $24.51 and the first payment is due immediately. The <br />customer's entire cash outlay will be as follows: <br />Tapping Charge <br />Meter Installation <br />Inspection Fee <br />First Installment <br />NSIUVAM <br />$ 186.50 <br />$ 115.00 <br />$ 20.00 <br />$ 24.51 <br />$ 346.01 <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. The Honorable Board of County Commissioners allows Mr. Ivey Williams, <br />Jr. to pay the impact fees on a five (5) year installment plan. <br />2. The Honorable Board of County Commissioners disallows Mr. Ivey <br />Williams, Jr., to pay the impact fees on an installment plan. <br />The Administrator confirmed that the recommended payment <br />plan is consistent with County policy. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />agreed to allow Mr. Ivey Williams to pay his <br />water impact fees on the installment plan over <br />a five year period as set out in staff memo <br />dated August 12, 1985. <br />REPORT ON TRANSPORATION PLANNING COMMITTEE ACTIONS <br />Vice Chairman Scurlock reviewed the following summary: <br />18 <br />
