<br />Contract:
<br />1. Grant the.Extension to the contract as requested in writing by
<br />the contractor due to delays in relocating utility poles and
<br />for foul weather. The requests are for a thirty (30) day ex-
<br />tension to the contract, extending the length of the contract
<br />from seventy (70) to one hundred(100) days, thereby extending
<br />the date of substantial completion from June 19, 1985 to July
<br />19, 1985. This will be a no cost change -order item.
<br />2. Increase clearing and grubbing to include grading area adjacent
<br />Ato Dr. Vinsons driveway, thereby increasing the cost of the
<br />lump sum bid item by $583.00 from $11,675.00 t6 $12,258.00.
<br />3. Increase the asphalt wearing surface to extend from 51st Court
<br />East to 50th Court to repair damaged pavement and several open
<br />utility cuts and to pave additional area at the entrances to
<br />Dr. Vinsons driveway. The change increases the quantity of
<br />asphalt wearing course from 5610 sy to 6526 sy, thereby increas-
<br />ing the cost by $2335.80 from $,14,305.50 to $16,641.30.
