SEP 41985 <br />BOOK 1 Fn;E 885 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED-by"Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously added and <br />deleted items to today's agenda as described above. <br />CHANGE OF DATE FOR GRAND HARBOR D.R.I. <br />Administrator Wright informed the Board that since we are a <br />bit late getting the proposed Consent Order for Grand Harbor from <br />the Regional Council, he believed because of the notice - <br />requirements, -it will be necessary to open the hearing, which has <br />been advertised for October 16th, and then continue it. He would <br />like to set it for the next week on October 23rd. <br />After some discussion, it was agreed to include this hearing <br />in the Regular Meeting of October 23, 1985, at 10:30 A.M. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or addi- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 7, 1985. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular -Meeting of August 7, <br />1985, as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or addi- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 14, 1985. <br />Commissioner Bowman noted that on Page 38, three different <br />paragraphs refer to "Mr. Allen." The gentlemen in question is <br />Alan Guy, and this should be corrected to read "Mr. Guy." <br />The above correction having been made, ON MOTION <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Bird, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of August 14, 1985, as written. <br />2 <br />
