SEP 4 1985 BOOK F 0� <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners <br />authorize staff to forward a letter of no objection subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1) the dock shall extend out from the shoreline to a maximum <br />depth of 4 feet as required in the Aquatic Preserves <br />Management Plan. <br />2) the dock decking design and construction will ensure <br />maximum light penetration with full consideration of <br />safety and practicality; <br />3) the applicant shall obtain a "Consent of Use" au- <br />thorization from the Department of Natural Resources. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to forward a letter of no objection subject <br />to the conditions set out in the above memo. <br />G. Craver <br />Staff Planner <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of September 4, 1985. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On August 9, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a <br />major site plan application submitted by St. Peter's Missionary <br />Baptist Church.
