<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of

<br />Iricted Commercial District. The subject prop

<br />rty is presently owned by Charles J. Bradshaw,
<br />I. William Becker, and J. Dale Sorensen and is
<br />)cated south of State Road 60 and west of 74th
<br />,venue (Range Line Road).
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />A parcel in the East 25.61 acres of Tract
<br />9, Section 1,'Township 33 South, Rango
<br />38 East, according to the last general
<br />plat of the Indian River Farms Company
<br />'as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25,
<br />Public Records of St Lucie County, Flor-
<br />ida, now Indian River County, Florida;
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the,

<br />County Commision Chambers of the County Ad-
<br />ministration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Wednesday, Sep-
<br />tember 11, 1985, at 9:10 a.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he/she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he/she may need to ensure that a verba-
<br />tim record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes the testimony and evidence upon which
<br />the appeal is based.
