10. Supervise all payment authorizations to ensure proper documentation and <br /> appropriate payments <br /> 11. Maintain all required files <br /> 12. Develop and submit required program reports. <br /> 13. Represent the COUNTY during monitoring visits by state and/or federal <br /> agency staff and/or their representatives <br /> 14. Respond to monitoring reports. <br /> 15. Respond to questions and/or complaints from citizens. <br /> 16 Recommend policy and/or grant amendments. Take necessary actions, such <br /> as advertising, conducting public hearings, and updating project <br /> environmental review files. <br /> 17. Performing program close-out activities, including submission of reports and <br /> provision of follow-up information. <br /> 18. Ensuring compliance with grant requirements. <br /> 19. Attendance at COUNTY Board meetings and/or presentations to other groups <br /> or committees. <br /> 20. Assistance to the COUNTY in the development of project renderings and <br /> exhibits, etc , if requested <br /> 21. Other administrative tasks related to the COUNTY"s grant Programs. <br /> 22. Other related work as requested <br /> Projects may be funded entirely by the COUNTY or they may be funded partially ' <br /> or totally by an outside agency such as a private and/or governmental agency. is <br /> Projects which are being funded with outside agency funds will be identified in <br /> the Task Order.
