(d) • The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide and ensure coordination between goods / <br /> services providers <br /> (e) Time is of the essence of the lawful performance of the duties and obligations <br /> contained in this Contract to include, but not be limited to, each Work Order The parties <br /> covenant and agree that they shall diligently and expeditiously pursue their respective <br /> obligations set forth in this Contract and each Work Order. I' <br /> (f) The CONTRACTOR shall maintain an adequate and competent staff or <br /> professionally qualified persons throughout the performance of this Contract to ensure <br /> acceptable and timely completion of each Work Order. <br /> (g) Requirements for signing and sealing plans, reports, and documents prepared by I' <br /> the CONTRACTOR shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Indian River <br /> County and State Regulatory agencies. <br /> (h) The CONTRACTOR hereby guarantees the COUNTY that all material, supplies, <br /> services, and equipment as listed on a Work Order meet the requirements, <br /> specifications, and standards as provided for under the Federal Occupational Safety and <br /> Health Act of 1970, from time to time amended and in force on the date hereof <br /> (i) No claim for services furnished by the CONTRACTOR not specifically provided <br /> for herein shall be honored by the COUNTY. <br /> SECTION 7: CODES AND DESIGN STANDARDS. <br /> (a) All the services to be provided or performed by the CONTRACTOR shall in the <br /> minimum be in conformance with commonly accepted industry and professional codes <br /> and standards, standards of the COUNTY, and the laws of any Federal, State, or local <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> (b) The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for keeping apprised of any changing <br /> laws applicable to the services to be performed under this Contract. <br /> SECTION 8: SUBCONTRACTORS. <br /> (a) Any proposed Subcontractor shall be submitted to the COUNTY for written <br /> approval prior to the CONTRACTOR entering into a subcontract. Subcontractor <br /> information shall include, but not be limited to, State registrations, business address, <br /> occupational license tax proof of payment, and insurance certifications. <br /> (b) The CONTRACTOR shall coordinate the provision of services and work product i <br /> of any COUNTY approved subcontractor and remain fully responsible for such services <br /> and work under the terms of this Contract. <br /> (c) Any subcontract shall be in writing and shall incorporate this Contract and require <br /> the subcontractors to assume performance of the CONTRACTOR duties <br /> commensurately with the CONTRACTOR'S duties to the COUNTY under this Contract, <br /> it being understood that nothing herein shall in any way relieve the CONTRACTOR from <br /> any of its duties under this Contract.
