UL <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously granted <br />the appeal of site plan by Bill Law for the <br />construction of a 3,200 sq. ft. contractor's warehouse <br />facility and sent the application back to staff to see <br />if a marginal access road would fit into the site plan <br />with approval at the discretion of the Planning <br />Director. <br />Director Davis reported that once the south U.S. #1 corridor <br />access study being done by the County and the DOT is completed, <br />they will prepare a specific plan for the south corridor so that <br />we will have a plan for U.S. #1 from one end of the county to the <br />other, and perhaps in the future, they will do the same for SR -60 <br />and other arterials. <br />RECOMMENDATION OF BOND_ COUNSEL_ FOR $8.2 MILLION FmHA BOND ISSUE <br />Chairman Lyons explained that he moved this item up on the <br />Agenda in order to help the two representatives from Rhoads & <br />Sinon to catch their plane on time. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/11/85: <br />TO: Board of County DAlt-.p 11, 1985 FILE' <br />Commissioners <br />1- <br />FROM: Charles P.
