It is the staff's opinion that any <br />proposed commercial use will have a minimal impact on the aquifer or <br />aquifer recharge in this area. <br />It is the staff's determination that the development of the remaining <br />five (5) acres will provide for minimal environmental impact. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above analysis, including the Planning and Zoning Com- <br />missions recommendation, staff recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopt the proposed boundary of the U.S. Highway # 1 and <br />Oslo Road commercial node. <br />Chairman Lyons opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 85-78, establishing the boundaries of the <br />U.S. Highway #1 and Oslo Road commercial node, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />58 <br />
