SEP 19 1995 <br />_I <br />ORDINANCE NO. 85 - 80 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES <br />FOR THE 100 ACRE INDUSTRIAL NODE ON SOUTH WINTER BEACH <br />ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN THE TEXT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT <br />AND DEPICTED ON THE LAND USE MAP OF THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR <br />BOUNDARY MAP OF THE NODE AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has amended the <br />County's Comprehensive Plan to provide for establishing bound- <br />aries for every commercial, commercial/industrial, industrial, <br />tourist/commercial, and hospital/commercial node; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission has held a <br />public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation to estab- <br />lish boundaries for this node; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing on these proposed boundaries at which parties in interest <br />and citizens had an opportunity to be heard; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners is empowered to <br />adopt these boundaries to assist in the implementation of the <br />County's Comprehensive Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />SECTION 1 <br />The attached map labeled as "Attachment A" shall be the <br />official boundaries of the 100 acre South Winter Beach Road <br />Industrial Node. <br />SECTION 2 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official acknowl- <br />edgement that this ordinance has been filed with the Department <br />of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on the 18th day of September 1985. <br />_ kr <br />
