The Final Assess- <br />ment Rolls have been prepared and are ready to be delivered to the Clerk to <br />the Board. Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in two equal <br />installments, the first to be made twelve months from the due date and the <br />second to be made twenty-four months foram the due date at an interest rate <br />of 1% over the Prime Rate established by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The assessments for those lots fronting both 19th Avenue and 3rd Street are <br />to be paid within 90 days or in three equal annual installments also at an <br />interest rate of 1% over Prime Rate.
